Shipping policy

Made to Order

Every Wings & Wood piece is handmade to order in Charlotte, NC. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Depending on the item and how busy the shop is, build times can run from 2–3 days to about 2 weeks. If you need your order by a certain date, email us before ordering and we'll give you a specific timeline.

Holiday Deadlines

For Christmas delivery within the United States, order trifolds by December 5 and smaller items (keychains, coasters, glassware) by December 12. Orders placed after these dates are made as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery by Christmas.

Where We Ship

  • United States: we ship to all US addresses.
  • Australia: we ship to Australia via DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout.

We don't currently ship to other countries. If you're outside the US or Australia, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Options and Rates (US)

  • Free Standard shipping: on orders over $150.
  • Economy: $12.95 for most orders, or $3.50 for keychains.
  • UPS (our primary carrier): Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, with live rates calculated at checkout.

We ship primarily with UPS within the US, and with DHL Express to Australia. Shipping options and prices may vary by item. You'll see your exact choices at checkout. Faster shipping speeds up delivery, not build time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet. If a package is returned because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you cover the cost of new postage.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll make it right. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or shows the package as delivered but you can't find it, email us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

International Orders

For orders to Australia, customs duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.
